Elisa has spent her working career focused on learning and developing both business and technical knowledge. Her main focus and knowledge depth is within waterproofing, traffic topping and roofing systems and assemblies.

Paul began his work experience working on the field and acquired hands-on skills prior to obtaining his engineering degree. Paul has a large depth of knowledge both in practice and technically with the waterproofing, traffic topping and roofing trade. His knowledge base along with his practical experience prove invaluable for operational expertise.

Yasir began his work in Malaysia and Singapore where he was working in general contracting than moved to Canada where he worked in concrete forming and finally waterproofing. Yasir’s well-rounded, worldly experience provides depth of knowledge to balance the team’s vision.
