Waterproofing
We have expertise with high rise and low-rise waterproofing as well as infrastructure waterproofing. We have successfully completed high rise and low-rise foundation waterproofing for both open cut and blindside installations as well as fully tanked foundations. Our waterproofing services include water tanks, elevator pits and ground floor decks.
We also have extensive experience with infrastructure waterproofing including bridge deck waterproofing.
Our expertise includes multiple waterproofing products and application methods. We pride ourselves on the knowledge of all products on the market and the benefits and setbacks of the different product offerings.
Traffic Topping
Noir provides full epoxy services including vehicular and pedestrian traffic coatings. This includes within the parking garage, services rooms, balconies and garbage rooms. The traffic topping solutions for each location depends largely on the type of use and size of building.
Roofing
Roofing of high-rise buildings requires ongoing coordination and planning. Our group has extensive experience with executing large scale roofing projects including the full roof system along with green roofing, flashing and terrace finishes. We understand the need for the roof to be completed within the allotted timeframe and having full time supervision during the main roof installation.
